  • Outside Caterer permitted upon approval of management is $12 per person
  • Catering rates include quality disposable napkins, cups, plates and cutlery
  • China and silverware are available at an additional fee
  • Own china $2 per person if hiring CC Catering
  • Own china $4 per person if hiring outside caterer
  • Cake Cutting/Plating fee $100

BEVERAGE SERVICE

REQUIRED BY EVERYONE $8 per person



  • ALLOWS HOST TO BRING IN OUTSIDE BEVERAGES FOR EVENT
  • PROVIDES 2 BARTENDERS FOR 4 HOURS (150 GUESTS)
  • ADDITIONAL BARTENDERS - $125 each for 4 hours; after 4 hours, $25 each hour per Bartender
  • UNLIMITED COKE, DIET COKE ,SPRITE , ROOTBEER
  • ICE AND DISPOSABLE CUPS FOR ALL BEVERAGES
  • WE DO NOT ALLOW STRAIGHT SHOTS OR JELLO SHOTS TO BE CONSUMED

ALCOHOL SERVICE


  • The event host assumes responsibility of all alcoholic beverages served
  • The event host will be directly responsible for the cost of all alcoholic beverages. The purchase transaction is solely between the event host and the beverage supplier.
  • In the event that alcohol will be served, a bartender must be hired from the Lazy J Ranch
  • Only the Lazy J Bartenders can be used, The LJ Bartenders will set-up and serve beverages, in addition to clearing beverage containers during the event
  • The beverage supplier that is recommended by the Lazy J will deliver the beverages directly to our facility where the set up will be provided.
